Jeff Dulmage
Jeff is the managing member (part owner) of the company handling the business end of things.
Sarah is also a part owner and supports Jeff in his functions while also helping to keep the company on track!
A Brief History
Restoration Homes LLC was started in 2004 by friends Jim Lewis and Jeff Dulmage. Jim, a master carpenter, had been working in the flooring industry for nearly 15 years and Jeff brought a strong understanding of building/contracting and a no nonsense business experience to the partnership.
We had a desire to build a unique company that would outlast us as individuals. Our vision was of a company that would provide the highest quality results for customers at reasonable prices. We envisioned a professional organization that treats its employees right and operates with integrity on every level, a company that would do the right thing for its customers.
Today we believe that Restoration Homes is just the type of company that we envisioned. We believe this business model has a very bright future, especially in an industry that has a poor reputation!
