Full Design/Build Services
Restoration Homes desires to make your home remodeling projects a beautiful and fulfilling reality. We begin with concept and design stages, listening carefully to your wants and desires for the finished product. We will talk you through each step of the project, even assisting with permits and drawings (if needed).
We provide 3 levels of Design Services:
- Hand drawn sketches with our ideas of what you desire (a custom kitchen, bath or addition or any other project.) These sketches can help move customers into visualizing their project with very little cost.
- C.A.D. (Computer Aided Design) drawings with several different angles so that a you can get an even better visualization of a new kitchen, bath, addition or any other project. There may be a minimal cost to these drawings.
- Full Architectural Drawings done by a local architect. These typically have a cost associated with them but we will credit that cost if a customer selects Restoration Homes to build their project.
Kitchens
We can run the gamut from very basic to high end custom and everything in between. No matter the scope of your kitchen project, we will make sure that you are satisfied with the results!
We have several different brand name cabinet suppliers to choose from with every style and finish. We can provide you with a design to make the most of the space you have including moving appliances and adding cabinets. We can help you address the following aspects of your next kitchen:
- New Cabinets, seconds or your current cabinets
- New lighting including under cabinet lighting, accent lighting, can lighting etc.
- New flooring including custom tile designs, wood, laminate, or vinyl
