2. Do you carry worker’s compensation and liability insurance?+
Yes we do – we have a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy and we carry worker’s compensation insurance on all employees who are eligible.
3. Do you have special financing for projects? +
Yes we do – we take Visa and MasterCard.
We also work with several local banks that have special financing available for our customers.
4. Are you a member of the local Better Business Bureau? +
Yes, we have been a member since 2006.
5. Are you a licensed contractor? +
We are not required to have a license in the state of Ohio for carpentry however we use only licensed plumbers and electricians.
6. Do you have a warranty or guarantee? +
Yes, we have a 1 year warranty on all projects we complete.
We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and we work with all our suppliers to provide the customer support through the manufacturers product warranties.
7. Do you provide references to potential customers? +
Yes, we have many satisfied customers who are glad to talk to potential customers on our behalf.
8. Are you a lead based paint certified contractor? +
Yes, we are a lead based paint certified contractor.
9. What about water, wind or fire damage? +
We will work with your insurance company for payment when you have water, wind or fire damage done to your home.
